I’m coo-coo for Coconuts!!

Healthy Fats are very important. When you choose healthy fats, the body is satisfied, healthy and has the nutrients to be healthy, to build muscle and to ward off disease.  What are healthy fats? Coconuts or anything coconut is a health fat. It is very good for you, coconut water, coconut milk raw coconut .  Its very healthy.  First this I hear is “its full if saturated fat!”  I know I know BUT its a vegetable saturated fat, not animal. Its a medium chain fatty acid rather than a long chain like animal fat.  It is easily metabolized by your body and can bypass your liver to be metabolized by your body. Coconut milk is the closed thing to Mothers Milk because its 50% lauric acid like a mothers milk so its very healthy for our bodies, immune system and our thyroid.  Coconut water is the most like our blood plasma so its mother natures energy drink.  Instead of Gatorade drink coconut water to replenish, just add lemon or lime to it and you have instant Gatorade but much better for you!! They actually make some with lime or different flavors.  Try it out!
